Il ventilatore da soffitto Thyphoon, é stato progettato da Jordi Busquets, un "industrial designer" del marchio Faro. Come lui stesso sostiene: " Typhoon possiede una miscela studiata di funzionalità e design."
Questo modello ha un diametro di 130cm, ideale per superfici fino ai 20m2 aprox.. Si presenta con un corpo con una forma conica e 4 pale con finitura bianca.
Il design é moderno, discreto e adatto a svariate tipologie di arredamenti. Typhoon potrá essee installato sia all'interno che all'esterno, grazie ad una protezione del corpo e delle pale IP44.

Typhoon, potrá essere utilizzato sia nelle stagioni estive che invernali grazie alla funzione di destratificazione. Questa funzione, vi permetterá di invertire il moto di rotazione delle pale da orario ad antiorario attivando cosí la "modalitá invernale".
Questa modalitá fa sí che l'aria calda generata dal riscaldamento non si accumuli in alto e scenda verso il pavimento per circolare nell'ambiente ed alzare di qualche grado la temperatura, facendovi inoltre risparmiare nella bolletta energetica.
Con un'altezza di 38 cm ed un peso di 7,2 Kg, questo ventilatore é adatto per essere installato in soffitti inclinati.
